ash wednesday

February 14 | 12 p.m.
Eden Prairie campus
Great Room

Through this time of worship, reflection and teaching, we will prepare our hearts for the season to come–marked by the resurrection of Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday. As we see ourselves more clearly and confess and acknowledge our sins, we understand all the more God’s gracious invitation to embrace and experience His goodness through Jesus.

Unlike Rome's parades celebrating conquest, Jesus rode humbly on a donkey, greeted by cheers and palm branches. Was this a true triumph, or something more? Read more >

palm sunday

March 24
Eden Prairie | 9 & 10:30 a.m.
Edina | 10:30 a.m.

On the first Palm Sunday more than 2,000 years ago, Jesus triumphantly entered Jerusalem as crowds spread palm branches and clothing on the road to welcome Him. The people shouted, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” Jesus was on His journey to the cross. Palm Sunday marked the beginning of the most important week in human history — the week everything changed.

Jesus was blameless, but was ruthlessly beaten, mocked and killed on a wooden cross. So, why would anyone call this day “Good”? Read more >

good friday

March 29 | 7 p.m.
Eden Prairie (traditional music)
Edina (modern music)

Jesus’ journey to the cross became complete on Friday. Just five days after receiving a King’s welcome as He rode into Jerusalem, Jesus was sentenced to death on a wooden cross, just as God had planned. On Good Friday, God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Following Jesus’ death, he was removed from the cross and his body put in a tomb. But it wasn’t the end for Him — or us.

How did a tomb transform into a symbol of new life and abundant hope—for the world and specifically for you? Read more >
