The mission of College Ministry at Wooddale Church is to encourage college students to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

*MEETING TIME: Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. at Wooddale Church.*

Through weekly gatherings, small groups, worship, service projects, and just plain fun we are an intentional community seeking after the Lord.  College Ministry challenges college students to live lives worthy of the Gospel and prepares college students for life as a Christian adult.

After students graduate high school, they go off to college and begin to transition into the larger world of adulthood where they are not necessarily always around other Christians of the same age and life circumstances. It is very important to learn to be in community and fellowship with people that might be very much older than you or in different life situations.

So, College Ministry has a foot in two camps:

  • First, it provides a place for students to come home from college, reconnect with friends, meet new Christian friends, and be fed spiritually in a community of other college students.
  • Secondly, at the same time, College Ministry constantly encourages the transition from specialized youth ministry programs into the larger world of Christian adulthood.

To that end, College Ministry engages in the various activities that you can find on this website: Tuesday night large-group meetings, service projects together, College-Tools, and much more.
