The purpose of Wooddale Church is to honor God by making more disciples for Jesus Christ.
Wooddale's Food Service ministry provides food service during the school year for Wednesday and Saturday evening Dinner at Wooddale as well as the Sunday Cafe. Other responsibilities include Wooddale special events, seminars and seasonal celebrations. As an outreach, Wooddale Food Service also caters to corporate and community events held on our campuses.

The Wooddale Cafe is open every Sunday from 7:30 - 12:30 and our volunteer team is ready to serve you. Whether you select a sweet Donut, Bearclaw, Rocky Mountain Roll or if you prefer the housemade Cinnamon Roll, Scone, Muffin or Cookies you are sure to be satified with our selection of baked goods. Bagle Sandwiches, Quiche and Oatmeal are popular choices for those that want something a little more hearty. Each week we also feature a different Panini. Among the favorites are the Turkey and Havarti with Cranberry Rosemary Butter or a Ham and Gouda with Dijon Butter, so stop by after the second service for a Panini before heading out.
This fall we will be adding toasty warm flavors to our regular beverage selection of dark roast, flavored and decaf coffees that are brewed for your enjoyment. If coffee is not your thing, we also offer Hot Chocolate, Chai and Hot Tea, a variety of Juices, Milk and some Coke products.
Our cafe could not operate without our fabulous volunteers, so if you enjoy meeting people, fast paced serving and being surrounded by sweet things, the cafe is the place for you to Volunteer! Contact Crystal.alvarez@wooddale.org if you are interested in joining our team.

Dinner at Wooddale is a great place to feed the family a meal at an affordable price before Wednesday programs or after the Saturday evening service.

Once the event is scheduled, click the Catering Requests link to the right of this page. You will be asked to login using the same login as the ticket desk or online giving. If you are looking for a great tasting salad to share, this is a crowd pleaser.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
POPPY-SEED DRESSING:
Mayonnaise 2 cups
Dijon mustard 2 Tbs
Confectioners' sugar ¼ cup
Champagne vinegar 2 Tbs
Water 2 Tbs
Poppy seeds ½ tsp
Kosher salt 2 tsp
SALAD
Cavatappi pasta 1 pound
Olive oil 1 Tbs
Turkey breast, diced 8 oz
Dried cherries 3 oz
Yellow onions, diced ½ cup
Celery, diced ½ cup
Almonds, sliced, toasted ½ cup
This is a favorite! Everytime we serve this dessert recipe requests come in for days after the event.
1 baked pie crust, cooled
4 oz Cream Cheese"
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 cup Cool Whip
Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread into cooled shell.
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1 cup Pecans
3/4 cup Coconut
Mix and bake until golden brown. When cool, sprinkle on pie. Drizzle Carmel on Tom
