We provide trained “Stephen ministers” who are trained to provide emotional and spiritual care. \nYour Stephen minister will walk alongside you and provide a safe\, confidential relationship where you can be open and honest with someone who listens to you without judgment. \nSometimes you can feel far from God when grieving or working through a traumatic situation. DESCRIPTION:Navigating a Parkinson’s diagnosis\, whether your own or a loved one’s\, can be challenging. Finding a community that understands what you’re going through can make a significant difference. We offer monthly support groups for patients and caregivers to connect\, share experiences and find encouragement. \nDuring our gatherings\, we check in with each other\, discuss upcoming local events and share information on new medications and treatments. It’s a comfortable space to ask questions and learn from others on a similar path.
