The sorrow caused by Jesus’ death soon turned to celebration. On Easter Sunday, Jesus’ body no longer rested in its grave. Angels exclaimed, “He is not here; he has risen!” Jesus had conquered death, and because of that, we can have a brand-new life full of hope.
