Stephanie Horak is a Licensed Social Worker with three decades of experience serving older adults. She is currently part of the Optage Hospice team at Presbyterian Homes and Services. During a three-year research project funded by the State of Minnesota, Stephanie gained insight into the importance of facing one’s mortality and embracing the work of aging in any stage of life. Stephanie is passionate about engaging with people of all ages to help them live fully and enjoy God’s good gifts. A long-time Wooddale member, she serves as a leader for Women Connect.
