What is a Sunday Community Group?
Sunday Community Groups are groups larger in size that meet on Sunday mornings on our Eden Prairie campus. If you need help finding a group email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 952-944-6300 ext.163. We’re happy to help!
Connect 50/60 is a Sunday morning group made up of singles and couples in their late 50s, 60s and 70s who are experiencing transitions in life (becoming empty nesters, dealing with aging parents, adult children and moving toward retirement) who are looking to connect with others and deepen their walk with God. On Sunday mornings we meet for fellowship, food and study led by a rotating team of teachers with different backgrounds and styles.
Bereans community consists of senior adults (70 and over) who focus on Bible study, teaching, prayer support, and fellowship. The class is a loving friendly group who show kindness and encouragement to each other. We are very unstructured and open to sharing questions or ideas. Many of our friends are homebound because of health issues or advanced age so we phone or send notes to keep them informed. We also have an interest in our global partners through prayer and support. It has often been said that coming to Bereans is “the seniors’ happy time of the week.
Is your marriage on a solid foundation? Marriage Builders is a group to develop Godly character and follow God’s design for a satisfying and strong lifetime of marriage. Parenting Teens and Tweens
Our mission is to support each other in faith as we learn to parent our teens and tweens. The group enjoys weekly teaching on parenting, marriage and spiritual growth with opportunities to talk with, learn from and pray for each other. We also meet outside of class for socials and family service projects.
Next session begins: September 18 | Room 145 | 9 a.m. | Todd and Kelly Berge
Solid Ground is a fun-loving community of mostly empty nesters who connect to broaden our friendships and grow as disciple makers. Some of us are married, some of us are single and all of us are excited to bring our faith to life. We meet on Sunday mornings to support each other in prayer and hear speakers who help us apply Biblical principles to everyday life. We meet throughout the year for service projects and social events. Join us to make new friends and grow together in Christ!
