Ken Castor

After thirty years of next-generation and family ministry, Ken is balding in his hairline but still bold in his faith. While serving as the professor of youth ministry at Crown College, Ken had regular opportunities to partner with Wooddale, including an interim role as high school director in 2017. His history with Wooddale has been a natural segue into the pastoral team! Ken has degrees from Taylor University, Regent College (Canada) and a doctorate from Trinity Western University (Canada) in passing faith from one generation to the next. Ken is the “Blue Letters Editor” of the award-winning Jesus-Centered Bible, and has authored numerous next-gen and family discipleship resources like Grow Down and Make a Difference. You may also be interested to know Ken is a nerdy Cubs fan, has been married to a brilliant Minnesota girl (Kathy) for over 25 years, is called “dad” by three of the most interesting people on the planet and geeks out on good coffee.
