Kristine grew up in Minnesota and earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of Minnesota. After encountering Jesus at Wooddale’s first church plant in Medina, she headed to Southern California where she earned her master’s degree from Loyola Marymount University and developed a love of sunshine and beaches. She now serves as Wooddale’s prayer director and has a passion for building a culture of prayer across generations. Kristine has served in a variety of prayer leadership roles for the past 15 years, including launching and leading several prayer ministries at Saddleback Church in Orange County, California, and serving as a city coordinator for the National Day of Prayer for two years. She also served on staff at a global prayer and missions base in Kansas City as a core leader for a monthly equipping program with participants from all over the nation and world. Kristine and her husband, Rick, have a passion to see a move of God in this generation fueled by wholehearted prayer and worship.
