Either Monday or Wednesday evening I am planning to connect with people at a small homeless encampment in Minneapolis. Jesus has put a specific encampment on my mind and heart for some time. I plan on giving them bottles of ice water and then I may leave a cooler with them that I will re-fill on a regular basis. I will pray with them if led. I hope that at some point I will be able to share a meal(s) with some of them and talk about the glory of God in Jesus. I believe some of them may be heroin addicts. Please pray for sufficient courage, Holy Spirit power and joy. Isaiah 43:8, Luke 15:4, Mathew 10:29, Psalm 118:6
End times scares me especially when I see what is happening in our world today! I get such intense butterflies in my stomach its makes me sick feeling! Things are going from bad to worse and quickly I feel its just the beginning of labor pains for this world and for some reason it is terrifying! I need desperately to find peace and to find a way to put on the armor of God and trust him more than I do! Please pray that I can find that peace and security that only comes from God the Father.
Lord, please help us to remember that as believers in You, that everything is going to be ok in the end, no matter what tribulations we face in this life. Help us to remember to be patient and encourage, especially to those who do not know you. Please provide our daily bread and to trust that you will provide our bread for tomorrow. Praise be your holy name.
I request prayer for my son Chris to return to faith and come back to church. He was part of Wooddale Jr/Sr. High and Guatemala ministries. He was known to Brian and Heather during the 90s and 2000. He has also been unemployed for a long time after college. I pray that some former friends would reach out and encourage him to come back to church.
My mom had hip replacement surgery on Tuesday the 9th. She is back in the hospital with a serious infection in the area of the surgery. Please pray for our family and the doctors in guidance on what to do. Possibly she will be transported to Duluth where the surgery took place.
Pray that Khadijah Harden and my sons can come live / move in with me so that we can be a family.
I am in desperate need of prayers and God's help. My husband and I are in a really bad place right now and I am scared to death that he is going to ask me for a divorce. Please pray that God keeps our family together. Please pray that He helps us find our way back to each other. Please pray for strength for both of us to keep fighting for our marriage and our family.
Heavenly Father wake Mike up with your presence! Draw him to serve you-have faith in you & to live for you! Set his eyes up on you Lord! Return Mike to me and our daughters, restoring our marriage and family that’s broken. Encourage me- give me strength to stand on your promises of marriage restoration. Protect mike from adulterous behavior while he’s away and our children that are hurting. Keep mike from sin! I want to thank you for working in our marriage, working to change mikes heart and restore our marriage that you joined together. Bolster my faith, give me courage and wisdom to stand firmly in this storm knowing I have peace because you are always with me working for our greater God. I know I am not worthy of your love but thank you for having it. Heal my fathers cancer Lord. Help my family in this time. In the powerful name of Jesus, Amen
Please keep my father in your prayers, Ed Howe, he and my mother Barbara attended Wooddale for 20+ years, was a long time usher and has now entered hospice.
Please lift him up in prayers as leaves us to join his Heavenly Father.
