Please pray for my nephew Dean. He has a drug addiction to meth & is now in jail. He has a court hearing to try to get in to treatment. He was in a facility & waiting for treatment but seemingly had difficulty with that. Meth as we know is powerful & it has an ugly hold on him. Please also pray for his dad - my brother, Jim. He has been there for Dean every step of the way but to no avail. They both need Jesus.
Please pray for me as I continue on my career journey after losing my job. Please help me maintain focus, positivity, and a passion to continue on finding the right fit for me and my family. It is so hard to not get discouraged with crazy "self-talk" challenging one's value.
Please pray that God gives me the right network contacts and talks through the right people. And that I'm quiet enough to listen.
Also - that I remain casting the right shadow for my family.
Have requested a prayer in the past for Glenda, our next door neighbor’s sister-in-law, who was diagnosed with cancer having treatments every day for 5 weeks. She has finished her treatments. Her scan and blood work will be some time in March and prayers are needed in that she remains calm while undergoing through the tests and waiting for the outcome which can be very nerve wracking. Prayers for peace and in her. Thank you and thank you for previous prayers for her as well.
Please pray for my niece who recently suffered a head injury from an assault at a school she works at. Pray for her vision and memory to return and full recovery so she can return to the work she is passionate about. Also pray for the student who caused the injury and that he may find peace and positive role models to work through the many issues he is dealing with from the negative environments he has been raised in.
Please pray for my son Tyler . He is in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction yet still struggling with depression . Struggling to find a job and get an apartment. Most importantly struggling with his walk with Christ . He has visited Wooddale in Eden Prairie and said he liked and showed interest in Celebrate Recovery yet hasn’t engaged yet. Pray that he will return and engage. Pray someone reaches out to him and offers friendship. Pray he finds someone to walk along side him and minister to him. Pray for a job and housing. Pray he returns his heart and renews his faith in the Lord. Thank you.
Hello All, I have posted here over the last couple months. On 2/15 I am going to court for a DUI, reckless driving and drug charges from huffing canned air. I have been in Intensive outpatient recovery and am doing well. Please pray that things are lenient for me in court and that my family may recoup the money I have spent on my stupid actions. Pray for love and hope from God that my family and I will come through this redeemed and better for it. I really need all the good vibes and prayers I can get.
Praise God for answering prayers. Many have been praying for my sister Kathy who had a stroke. She is getting some movement of her left foot. It may not mean she will ever walk but gives her hope and encouragement to still make progress. We are seeking long term living arrangements that will meet her needs. God is good.
My coworker's son, Emmitt has influenza A, pray for a full recovery.
