I have been a quadriplegic for 30 years and rely on Personal Care Attendants to come into my home daily to assist me with medical and personal cares. The past two years have been so stressful on me trying to find attendants that I am losing hope. Please pray that there will be an abundance of home care workers so myself and other friends with disabilities will not lose hope and be able to live safely in our homes.
I need Gods hand to heal my neck trama. It is causing much strife and pain. I do not know how to successfully communicate my pain to doctors and physical therapists. Please ask the Holy Spirit to guide me. Please ask God to send the right person to my path to help me and to heal me.
Really struggling with work, school, and a recent breakup. Fighting to stay positive and to keep from having a stress overload/anxiety attack. Feeling lots of pressure from all angles. Please pray for peace, and help. Thanks so much.
Debbie & Randy thank you for your prayers in our circumstances of life at this time.
Debbie's sister, Jeanine (age 64), passed away on Monday, February 20. It was 24 years ago Sunday, February 19, that she fell and began her journey as a paraplegic. On Monday, "in a twinkling of an eye," she now walks with God.
Debbie's mom, Lillian (age 88) seems to be fully away. However, she talks alot about going to heaven soon! She was her daughter's caregiver for 22 years of this journey.
We appreciate your prayers as we move along in this journey. We covet your support as we know that we are being held up by God's family.
It is with very sad news that Amie, Pancreatic cancer fighter diagnosed in 2016, has passed away on Friday, ONLY 36 years old... There are no more words to say only that she fought a very courageous battle, and it was just too much... and it was time that God took her.
Would like to THANK YOU for your continued prayers for her which was so much appreciated.
We will continue to pray for her husband, young widow, who has to care for his children, and that he may may find comfort and peace in his heart, granted that he lost his mother to breast cancer when he was young...
Thank you.
Please pray for my cousin Jeanne who spent the weekend in the hospital after experiencing heart issues and high blood pressure on Friday. May she experience God's peace as she awaits some test results, and may her medical team be able to provide her with good follow-up care.
My company is struggling and we are anticipating layoffs soon. Please pray that I am be able to keep my job and manage the intense anxiety I'm feeling.
We have been in California for a little over a week now. We had a safe trip out here (thanks for your prayers).
Debbie's sister, Jeanine, already in hospice care, is mostly stable. The first day we arrived, she did respond to our being there - but has mostly been sleeping. It is difficult, especially for Debbie. On Monday Debbie had a particularly hard day with her sister - I think the reality of her circumstance settled in some. During our time with Jeanine on Monday, she did open her eyes quite a bit, but we do not know her recognition. We talk to her, read Scripture and do comfort things. We also have discovered we have to be an advocate for Jeanine, as there are some things not acceptable in her care at the nursing home.
Added to this is Debbie's mom, Lillian. She has really deteriorated since our visit in December. Most of her coversation is unrecognizable - but we respond to her and help her with meals, etc. Sometimes Debbie feels very torn, as when she is attending to Jeanine, her mother is restless. She seems to have settled down somewhat. We will be placing Lillian on hospice care today, as that time has come for her also.
Thanks for your continued prayers - and especially pray we remain strong, protected healthwise, and continue to walk in God's grace each moment of the way.
Debbie & Randy
Please bless my son and daughter in law with a healthy baby. They have been unable to conceive. Also, pray that my son would not be anxious and heal his outbursts of anger.
