Please pray for my husband. He has been out of work since June and is dealing with a lot of fear while he looks for a job. Please pray that God will help him take every thought captive, hear God's voice and feel his presence/peace. Please pray that God will direct his steps to find a job. Please pray also that God will heal the ringing in his ears so that he will be able to sleep. He has an MRI Tuesday to rule out causes of the ringing. Thank you!
Update from Debbie & Randy Stahl
Some of you may know, we were in California in December, as Debbie's mom had fallen and fractured her hip. Debbie wanted to be there should there be surgery. The doctor recommended not to do surgery, as the fracture was in the joint area, and he felt the pain would subside in a few weeks. We were encouraged at the time by the progress of both Debbie's mom, Lillian, and her sister, Jeanine - as her mom seemed to be healing well, and Jeanine's wounds and infections from September were very positive. We were there for 30 days, and able to bring some joy in being able to spend Christmas with them. We understood when we returned that things would continue to be a day-to-day status situation.
The nursing home called Thursday in regard to Jeanine and asked to send her to the hospital, for what they thought was a UTI infection. After going through the Emergency Room, what they learned is that her infections from last September have returned - and the bone infection has spread into the the hip area. For those medically understanding:
She has pneumonia, most likely from aspiration of her G tube, she is septic and has osteomyelitis of the bones. Her wounds are not going to heal and will continue to be a source of infections, along with other issues The doctor does not feel the antibiotics will impact her at this point.
She was admitted to the hospital Thursday evening, and returned to the nursing home. We have placed Jeanine on Hospice Care at this point.
Debbie's mom, Lillian (age 88), is aware, but is very confused, as can be expected. Both reside in the same room at the Nursing Home.
We will probably be leaving for California within the week.

Thank you for your prayers last month for my brother\'s stepson, Dustin. His surgery was extensive and disfiguring, but he came out of it as good as they could have hoped for. He was actually able to leave the hospital with his new wife and go home for a few days in preparation for chemotherapy. Unfortunately, things have now deteriorated so that they are going to have to induce a coma today. Once again I ask you for your prayers for this young newlywed and his family.
My friend just found out she is carrying twins. She has already lost two babies. She has a genetic condition that may cause a baby to either miscarry or her syndrome could pass to the babies. Please pray she can carry and safely deliver two healthy babies. She isn't even allowing herself to get excited yet as she is scared she will lose them.

Deliver my son away from depression laziness & make him motivated to apply many full-time jobs. He is reducing drinking & smoking marijuana addiction now.
Hello, I truly believe God is my life. He has shown me so much undeserved grace. Yet his love never stops. I need prayer for myself personally to trust in him and to start studying his word. My marriage is always struggling. It seems like we are always just rolling with the motions. I just want to have peace in Jesus, and let it all at his feet.
My Uncle Bob has Lung Cancer. He has a tumor on his chest and his lungs keep filling up with fluid. I'm asking for peace. This news was given to him on January 1st. It's been a lot to deal with and as I understand it it hasn't been easy to come to terms with. The family is asking for this to be healed. I have faith that nothing is beyond our Savior's Control. I seek your help in praying these problems away. To erase the tumor from existence and to dry up the fluid in his lungs. Thank you and God Bless you. Jim Mock Jr
Prayers will be greatly appreciated by her children, husband, and our whole family. Courtney is undergoing radiation therapy for an inoperable brain tumor. She has completed 10 of a course of 28 treatments. Her cheerful courage and her great strength are grounded in a sincere and deep faith in the knowledge of God's guiding hand.
