Please pray for my husband. He has debilitating back pain that the doctors have been unable to heal. Pray for God's healing. Please also pray for greater connection and a deeper relationship in our marriage.
Please pray that my son Jack will come to know the Lord and that he will learn to have faith in and trust in Him. Please also pray for me and his dad as we try to help him through some difficulties at school. We need wisdom.
Please pray for our nation under God, that God will turn many hearts to Himself and HEAL our country since America has faced many dark hours before and recently and is faced with an overwhelming violence and hatred.
Last night just got diagnosed with colitis. Got some sleep last night. On an antibiotic to help with the healing, still in pain and having stomach issues. I am scheduled to work today, will see if I make it in and for how long.
I don't know what specifically to ask for so I'll share a bit...
Over the last few years in my life there have been some really tough times, with random injuries (from sports, vehicles, poisonous spider, etc.) one after another like someone or something is testing me to see how much I can actually take. In the midst of all those I lost my dearest friends for standing up for truth I believe in. Because of that whole situation relationships with my family members got stressed - I have been working to rebuild those relationships with my family but I am finding it really hard to trust some of them because of the emotional pain that is there. It's so hard to truly open up to trusting them again. Because of all that has happened I find it hard to trust God at the moment, even questioning his existence though deep down I know He is real and I have a deep love, respect, and desire to serve Him.
I simply feel broken down, helpless, hurt, and don't know how to fully trust again.
My natural personality is not at all like this - usually I feel joyful, unstoppable, and full of life.
I know these times will make me stronger but at the moment it's tough.
If someone took the time to read all this and then takes the time to pray... You have no idea how much that means to me - thank you with all my heart.
My mother has picked up some bad habits and has been dabbling in other religious things. I am concerned for her. Would you pray that God would open her eyes and draw her back to him?
Please pray that I will know God's will for my life and that he will give me the power to carry it out.
If it is God's will, please pray that my wife's heart will be touched and that she will not go through with getting divorced.
Please pray that with the help of God and several resources that I can break free from an addiction that has destroyed everything that I have built up in my life.
And please pray that I will be able to find peace no matter what the future may hold.
