I have been really struggling with alcohol lately and could use prayer in the healing process.
Pray, My aunt and cousins have to make a big decision about my uncle Harvey and what to do about his care. He had a major seizer plus two after that one. He fell, hit his head and developed a brain bleed. He has been having seizers for the last 20 years. They had a difficult conversation with the doctor on what to do and decisions that need to be made. My parents have been with my aunt through most of this and keeping me informed as I work and go to the ICU on days off.
Hello
Last week I connected with a bar tender who shared with me that they experienced a lot of brokenness as a child. They are studying psychology in part to better understand their family but also in the hopes of being a juvenile advocate one day.
Tonight while I was at the bar praying it seemed like Jesus would have me write them a letter sharing my testimony and the Gospel message. I have much compassion for them. I too had a very broken family growing up and worked in a similar restaurant environment during my high school and college years.
Appreciate prayers that he would guide my words, remove the vail from their eyes and that they would respond by receiving Jesus.
Thank you so much
Please guide me in the right direction to find a job soon, as I need to make ends meet each month and support my daughter as she prepares to attend college out of state. I’ve been feeling discouraged and have lost confidence in my situation. I also need help navigating the job search, and I pray that God will lead me to the right opportunity and to an employer who is willing to train me, even though I’m not young anymore.
The appointment was informational. They kind of ruled out the auto immune disease but will be doing a test again in 6 months to confirm. They will be re-doing that test to confirm because he has been doing treatment for the last three years. They have ordered some more blood tests to find out if he has OPMD which is a rare genetic muscle disease. If that test comes back positive it will mean a video appointment with the doctor sooner. If it’s not conclusive then he will be having a muscle biopsy that is more extensive of a test to determine if he has that rare disease.
Praise God for the answers and pray these tests can be done soon and we can get on the right track for treatment for what is going on.
This afternoon we have a virtual appointment with the doctor from Mayo Clinic to go over all the testing that was done and to find out what the next steps are and the care for him.
Please, pray that my move to Edina will be smooth and I can sell my house without getting into financial issues and my divorce goes smoothly.

He was a lawyer and is trying to go for extra money.
Pray that my insurance fights back and wins.
Pray that this case will close asap without complications.
Pray for my dad's health and my daughter's dental complications.
Pray for my older daughter moving out. Lord’s favor upon her.
Please pray that God’s plan will unfold for Adorah as she prepares for college. She has tried her very best, but has either been rejected or placed on the waitlist at her dream universities. She is currently waiting to hear back from Northwestern University and Vanderbilt University, and we trust that the right path will open for her.
Please pray that Paul B. experiences a true renewal this Easter, taking full responsibility to promptly contact the appropriate government agency and resolve his traffic violation so he can return to driving truck again. He has hurt his family by sitting back and waiting for things to happen instead of taking action to care for them. Our daughter has also been affected by his inaction, as she is preparing to start college this fall and depends on her father’s financial support.
