This Steiger Impact Trip takes place during SXSW (South by Southwest), a massive annual festival in Austin, Texas, that draws over 300,000 people from around the world to experience cutting-edge music, art, film and technology. Purpose: Bring the hope and healing of Jesus to people in Guatemala who are walking through addiction while experiencing God’s transforming work in our own lives.
Partnering with a local 12-step Celebrate Recovery ministry on Lake Atitlán, you’ll serve alongside local leaders to strengthen the ministry and equip emerging recovery leaders. You’ll share your story of healing and freedom, encourage others on their recovery journey and help connect the local church with those seeking restoration.

Purpose: Across Cuba, women are stepping forward to lead and serve with deep faith, often with limited resources. On this trip, you’ll partner with local women’s ministry leaders to encourage and equip them through discipleship, leadership development and practical support. You’ll help provide ministry supplies and resources for their conference designed to strengthen and encourage women in their faith and leadership. As women invest in women, the hope of Jesus multiplies across the island, one faithful woman at a time.

July | 7 days | Family Friendly
Purpose: Give missionary families a gift they’ll never forget by creating a fun, safe, joy-filled program for their kids during a special once-a-year gathering.
Each year, Steiger International brings together missionaries, staff and partners from more than 30 countries at their International Center in Germany, for worship, teaching, planning and rest. While the parents dive into these sessions, their kids—from infants through age 12—need caring adults to look after them. That’s where you come in. Your team runs a camp-style program so kids can make friends across cultures and languages, and their parents can be fully present.

Purpose: Partner with one of Wooddale’s global partners to share Jesus’ love with children and families facing tough situations at home. This is a hands-on trip full of opportunities to connect with students, help with small projects and experience a ministry in a new culture.
