Dear Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I write to you with news that we have lost one of the finest servants in the Kingdom of God. Pastor Fred McCormick left this world on Tuesday, February 28 at 3 am to enter into eternity in heaven. However, we are comforted by the certainty that Fred is no longer suffering or feeling the pain of illness which he endured for too long. Fred is now restored and standing in awe of our wonderful Savior.
During his 30 years of ministry at Wooddale Church, Fred modeled true discipleship to everyone he encountered. His legacy has been woven into the lives of many at Wooddale Church and beyond. He displayed great love for God and had genuine interest and showed care for all. He will be greatly missed.
Please join me in praying for his wife Linda, children Carleigh, Judd and Noelle and their three children. Arrangements are being made and will be shared with you soon.
