*One-on-one coaches read S.H.A.P.E.: Finding and Fulfilling Your Unique Purpose for Life by Erik Rees and work through the Live Your Purpose framework. Then, they will be trained to help others explore their purpose. Together, the coach and Live Your Purpose participant will design their one-on-one coaching sessions. Coaches also receive monthly Live Your Purpose monthly notes and are invited to community events.

**Group facilitators read S.H.A.P.E.: Finding and Fulfilling Your Unique Purpose for Life by Erik Rees and work through the Live Your Purpose framework. Then they will be trained to lead Live Your Purpose Groups. Group facilitators also receive monthly Live Your Purpose monthly notes and are invited to community events.

Finding your S.H.A.P.E.
In most cases, experiencing the S.H.A.P.E program is required to join the Purpose Team. During Live Your Purpose, you will help others move forward to discover and understand their individual purpose in life. The acronym S.H.A.P.E. stands for:

• Abilities
• Personality
• Experiences

These key elements contribute to our unique identity and purpose.

What to expect after you express interest:
After sending us your interest in serving with the Live Your Purpose Team, you will be contacted for an interview to determine best fit. Once interviewed, depending on the volunteer position, you may be required to have a background check and/or be a member of Wooddale Church. Once all requirements are completed,your volunteer journey will begin.
