Are you ready to spend a morning that matters? Local Adventure is your chance to roll up your sleeves and make a real difference in our community.
For a few hours, you’ll team up with local ministry partners and others from Wooddale to tackle the kind of work that changes lives. That might mean packing food boxes for families who need them, clearing up someone’s yard, adding fresh paint to a space that serves the community or sorting donations so they reach the right hands. Every task, big or small, helps someone in a real way.
One of the great things about giving your time is that it gives something back. You’ll meet people you may have never met, share some laughs and know your effort mattered, and the people you served will feel cared for and supported.
No experience is needed. Just bring a willing spirit and a good attitude. Your hands, your time and your heart can do more than you think.
When: Saturday, August 15, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
Where: Meet at Wooddale’s Eden Prairie campus (Door 1)

What to bring: Work gloves, closed-toed shoes, clothes that can get dirty, water bottle
Cost: $10 for transportation to serving sites
