Juggling work, kids’ activities and an endless to-do list leaves little time for you. If you feel exhausted and long to reconnect with your faith, join us for Breathe: Making Room For Sabbath by Priscilla Shirer.

This five-week study is designed for busy women looking to step away from the pressure to do it all. Together, we’ll explore the idea of Sabbath, not as just a day off, but as a gift from God that helps us find real rest and balance in the middle of our chaotic lives.

You’ll learn practical ways to set healthy boundaries, build margin into your schedule and rediscover the kind of peace that only comes from slowing down. Through short teaching videos, personal reflection and relaxed group discussions, you’ll see how embracing Sabbath can help you grow closer to Jesus and become more Christlike, bringing new balance and perspective into your daily life.
