Hello, on Tuesday afternoon I have surgery at Fairview U of M to have a mass or sorts removed from my body.
I was thinking this afternoon about what Dale shared in the sermon today about the Pastor who slipped a note into the solider's pocket. That made me think of sharing a book about Jesus with someone on Tuesday. I think I am going to write out the Gospel and some additional thoughts in the book. Would you pray that Jesus would reveal someone to me who I can have a brief conversation with and give the book to? I know they probably deal with a lot of heartache at this hospital so perhaps it might even be a staff person. May my words even if few, have impact. I'm excited to see how Jesus may work.

Please pray as I attempt another round of IVF. Pray that I don’t have extreme pain like I’ve had before, emotionally and physically. Pray that I accept the outcome whatever that may be. Please pray for my sister who hit her head in a serious car accident today (Saturday, Dec. 30). She has some fractured vertebrae in her neck and back as well as other injuries. She is in the ICU. Please pray for wisdom for her medical team in treating her, peace for our family as we await the medical updates, and for my sister to cling to her hope in Jesus. May God be honored in this situation. Please join me in praying for her in the name of Jesus. Amen.
