Hello, as you plan your event, keep in mind registration form submission timelines.

Seasonal events, classes and studies, complete this registration detail form by:

July 15 for fall (September – December)
November 1 for winter/spring (January – May)
April 15 for summer (June-August)

Summer camps and retreats go on sale February 1, complete this registration form no later than January 15

Christmas events go on sale October 1. Complete this registration detail form no later than September 15.

One-off events go on sale the first day of the month prior to the event. Registration details are due 2 weeks prior to going on sale. Example: The event is on October 14. The event will go on Sale by September 1 with registration details submitted by August 15.

Registration detail answers are used to build activities, registration forms and check in capabilities. Please answer all questions as all information is needed.
