About the Speaker:
Chip Neuenschwander is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and founder of Wayzata Counseling, where he helps individuals and couples build healthier, more connected relationships. His counseling practice specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that helps people strengthen emotional bonds, rebuild trust and experience lasting change. He also serves as a certified Prepare/Enrich premarital facilitator and a certified Discernment Counselor for couples navigating difficult decisions about their relationships.

Chip holds master’s degrees in Counseling from Adler Graduate School and in Educational Leadership and Administration from California Polytechnic State University. Known for his warmth, optimism, and engaging teaching style, he is passionate about helping people experience deeper connection by creating environments where they feel safe, understood and genuinely valued. In addition to counseling, Chip regularly leads Created for Connection marriage workshops and speaks on relationships, emotional health and personal growth.
