The Bridge Builders adult short-term trip provides an easy entry for you to experience cross-cultural ministry in Guatemala.
The Bridge Builders ministry works side by side with the believers in local churches to show the love of Jesus Christ to people in the Lake Atitlan area. We partner in this by establishing and maintaining relationships through ministries such as home construction, medical and dental clinics, water purification systems and education, teaching English, sports ministries, small business loans, pastor training and alcoholism recovery.

Join us on an exciting adventure to exotic Thailand! Teaching English serves as a tool for evangelism and outreach. The classroom starts the connection between church and unreached students and the teachers. Those teachers, both Thai and foreign, foster a relationship that extends way beyond the classroom to trips with students to local malls, tourist attractions, playing badminton, pickleball and even table games in the lobby. Wooddale sends short-term teams to help Santisuk in expanding God’s Kingdom in Thailand using the seven locations as a launching pad for Jesus! One former student who became a follower of Jesus and leader is now serving as a career missionary in a different Southeast Asian country – all because of this English school.
