Lisa Kleinow

Lisa Kleinow serves as the Director of Event Planning & Management, creating meaningful, well-organized events that bring people together. She loves knowing the “why” behind an event and figuring out the “how,” ensuring every gathering reflects purpose, excellence and heart while providing a guest-centered experience.

Before coming to work with Wooddale, Lisa was a district sales manager at a large sales company and served as a branch owner, team administrator and director of communications for the Great Wolf Swim Team, where she managed communications and logistics for a large, multi-location organization, developed onboarding materials, organized fundraising efforts and oversaw and managed complex event operations.

She also has extensive experience in ministry leadership, having served as a children’s pastor, women’s ministry leader and worship leader. Her diverse background fuels her passion for creating engaging environments that promote connection and spiritual growth.

Lisa brings a strategic and relational approach to planning, with strong skills in logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination and team leadership. She is dedicated to aligning events with ministry goals and has successfully executed gatherings ranging from intimate groups to large-scale functions serving hundreds, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed from concept to completion.

Lisa enjoys taking walks and swimming with her husband, Joe. They especially love hanging out with their grandchildren.

Lisa finds strength and peace in Philippians 4:6-7, a reminder not to be anxious about anything, but to present requests to God with thanksgiving, trusting that His peace will guard her heart and mind.
