This is a love mission. Every day on the news we see people are hurting. In our own community there are daily opportunities to share hope and help with those in need. Whether it’s doing yard work for a single mom down the street, bringing food to a struggling family or bringing a foster child into a home, we want our neighbors to know we’re here for them.

There are many ways you can serve throughout the Twin Cities!

#WeAreFor Helping Our Neighbors

Boot and Coat Drive
November 13-December 4

#WeAreFor helping our neighbors through donating boots and coats for those who are experiencing homelessness in the Twin Cities.

Donate adult Kamik or Sorel-style boots men’s sizes 9-13 and women’s sizes 6-10.

Donate new and gently used adult winter coats.

Bring items to any Wooddale campus. They will be distributed through InvolveMN.

#WeAreFor Serving Others

Create your own #WeAreFor moment:

  • Shovel your neighbor’s driveway.
  • Write/color thank you cards to local police and fire stations.
  • Create care packages for the unsheltered in our communities.
  • Offer to babysit for parents you know so they can have a date night.
  • Smile and greet everyone you see!
