David Boro, a Wooddale partner, came to faith in Jesus Christ as a result of his wife being healed from a brain tumor in 1982. The doctor told him to take his wife home to die in peace. At that time he was encouraged to pray to the “one true God.” So he got rid of all the gods and goddesses of his former faith and prayed that his wife would be healed. A week later he received Jesus, and then his wife was healed!
